🍽️ Falls Food Fun Giveaway – Official Contest Rules
Overview
These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the Falls, Food & Fun Giveaway (“Contest”), hosted on Instagram from Tuesday, April 22, 2025 to Tuesday, May 6, 2025 (“Contest Period”).
The Contest is organized by the Sponsor, operator of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. No purchase is required to enter or win.
👤 Eligibility
To participate, entrants must:
- Be legal residents of Canada or the United States (excluding Florida)
- Be 19 years or older at the time of entry
- Hold an active Instagram account
- Be a Momentum rewards member (free to join) to claim the prize
Not eligible:
- Self-excluded individuals from Fallsview or Casino Niagara
- Persons restricted by AGCO or court order
- Sponsor’s employees, contractors, marketing partners, and their household members
- Union representatives of site employees
- Employees of suppliers maintaining gaming equipment
- Registered gaming assistants or OLG/AGCO employees prohibited by law
⚠️ The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these Rules.
📅 Contest Period & Prize Draw
- Start: Tuesday, April 22, 2025, 10:00 a.m. ET
- End: Tuesday, May 6, 2025, 11:59 p.m. ET
- Prize Draw: Wednesday, May 7, 2025, ~1:00 p.m. ET
- Location: Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort
📲 How to Enter
During the Contest Period, entrants must:
- Follow @fallsviewcasino on Instagram
- Like the official contest post
- Tag another valid Instagram user in the comments
Entry Limits:
- 1 entry for following
- 1 entry for liking
- Up to 100 entries for tagging (1 per unique tag)
- Maximum: 102 entries per person
🏆 Winner Selection & Prize Claim
One (1) winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries.
To claim the prize, the winner must, within 10 business days:
- Be (or become) a Momentum member in good standing
- Correctly answer a skill-testing math question
- Sign a Declaration & Release confirming eligibility
- Provide government-issued photo ID & proof of entry
⚠️ Failure to comply results in disqualification. A backup winner may be selected.
Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
